Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Platinum Banker to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers. This role involves offering personalized banking solutions across liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products, while ensuring superior customer service and compliance with bank policies. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with strong financial acumen and a passion for relationship management.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
  2. Deliver high levels of customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies.
  3. Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement.
  4. Inform clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.
  5. Plan and execute special sales initiatives and client engagement events.
  6. Coordinate with group companies to offer seamless access to other financial products.
  7. Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
  8. Track and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
