Mid-Prairie is seeking an Assistant Fall Musical Director for the 26-27 year. 

The assistant will work with the head director in helping the students develop the skills necessary to perform.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director with all aspects of the main fall production, including rehearsals, blocking, and coordination with technical crew.
• Provide mentorship and guidance
• Attend all scheduled rehearsals and performance.
• Help create a supportive, inclusive, and disciplined environment for all students involved in the production.

Qualifications:

• Experience in theater performance or directing desired, especially at the high school level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring young performers, especially first-year students.
• Organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines and rehearsal schedules.
