Job Title: Technical Lead – ReactJS, Full stack development
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ReactJS, Full stack development Technical Lead to guide our front-end development team and be an individual contributor in building high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end architecture, along with proven leadership skills to mentor developers and ensure best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ReactJS-based applications.
    • Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • Project Delivery
    • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver features on time.
    • Break down complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
    • Ensure smooth integration with APIs and backend services.
    • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Skills
    • 9+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 6+ years in ReactJS.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
    • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
    • Knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and package managers (npm, yarn).
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
