YOUR COMPENSATION: $21.00 to start with no experience or degree

• Starting Salary: $21.00 (earn more with experience and degree)
• Paraprofessional exam taken and passed within first 90 days. Increase $.50 when you pass the exam.
• Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: $1040
• Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: $1560 for each step
• Referral Bonus: $1500 for every referral who gets hired

NO EXPERIENCE? WE PROVIDE TRAINING TO PREPARE YOU FOR YOUR ROLE

• learn about the mission and culture of our organization
• listen to program leaders and staff as they share their experiences
• hear from a student panel about their challenges and successes
• get certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
• get certified in 1st Aid and CPR
• spend a day doing a guided observation
