Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors & Baths is hiring a Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. This is an in-home sales role with uncapped earning potential. 

Why Apply 

• Up to $70,000–$200,000+ total compensation (uncapped commission) 

• At least 2 pre-set, qualified appointments daily 

• Paid training (up to 4 weeks) + ongoing mentorship 

What You’ll Do 

• Conduct in-home sunroom design consultations 

• Build relationships and close sales 

• Manage a local territory in the St. Louis Metro area 

What We’re Looking For 

• Sales experience with a proven track record 

• Strong communication and time-management skills 

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance 

• Home improvement experience a plus
