We are hiring a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in veterinary reception, medical front desk, or customer service, who thrives in a busy animal hospital or emergency setting.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting our veterinarians and technicians through scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination.

đź•’ Schedule (Part-Time Availability)
-  Monday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PMÂ
-  Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMÂ
-  Saturday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PMÂ
-  Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMÂ
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism (in person and over the phone)Â
- Â Schedule appointments and manage a high-volume veterinary calendarÂ
- Â Answer multi-line phones and handle client inquiries efficientlyÂ
- Â Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate documentationÂ
- Â Process payments, invoices, and medical recordsÂ
- Â Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and support staffÂ
- Â Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front deskÂ
- Â Handle sensitive or emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or Front Desk Coordinator
- Â Strong customer service and client communication skills
- Â Ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary or emergency environment
- Â Basic computer skills; experience with veterinary practice management software is a plusÂ
- Â Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
