Role Description
POSITION MISSION
The Business Intelligence Coordinator is responsible for leading the management, analysis, and transformation of strategic data to support business decisions within the animal health pharmaceutical sector.
The mission is to convert complex information into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, commercial growth, and innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate objectives.
KEY FUNCTIONS
- Lead and manage data analysis projects to identify market trends, business opportunities, and potential risks.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Integrate and manage data from multiple internal and external sources (sales, marketing, production, research, etc.).
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data used in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to support strategic initiatives focused on improving customer engagement and value.
- Train and support staff on BI tools and report interpretation, emphasizing how insights can be applied to better serve customers.
- Prepare and present executive reports to senior management and strategic stakeholders, highlighting customer-related trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance in data management and reporting.
- Liaise with IT, regulatory, and external technology providers to optimize BI solutions.
EDUCATION (Level / Degree / Specialty or Discipline)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related fields.
Preferred: Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Business Administration, or related areas.
Systems and Tools Required
- BI platforms: Power BI, Microsoft Office, Azure
- Databases: SQL
- Statistical analysis tools: Advanced Excel, R, Python.
- ERP and CRM systems: SAP, Salesforce (preferably with experience in systems used in the pharmaceutical industry).
Mastery of the English language is a must
EXPERIENCE
• 3 to 5 years in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or commercial intelligence roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical, animal health, or regulated industries.
• Proven experience managing large data volumes, developing dashboards, and executive reports.
• Participation in multidisciplinary projects and team management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present results at various organizational levels.
• High capacity for teamwork and customer service.
