About the role
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coffee Making Excellence: Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic coffee drinks efficiently and consistently, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
2. Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, take orders, and provide excellent customer service throughout the event. Engage with patrons to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
3. Point-of-Sale: Process payments accurately, handle credit card transactions quickly and efficiently.
4. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other staff, including servers, event staff, and event captains, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of barista experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- TIPS or equivalent responsible beverage service certification is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
