Duties and Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities

• Maintain the facility in a home-like environment for our residents

• General maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building repairs

• Excellent budgeting, record keeping and ability to submit detailed repair reports

• On-call responsibilities to respond to facility needs to maintain the safety of the grounds, residents and staff

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent

• Valid drivers license

• Excellent customer service skills
