Description:

Position Purpose

 At Saint Francis Hospital the inpatient Oncology Unit provides care to patients with solid tumor cancers, hematologic cancers, and benign hematologic conditions. We also provide care to medical/surgical patients. We provide hospice and end of life services.

What you will do

  • In this critical Registered Nurse RN role you will provide necessary assessments, administer treatments and communicate with all patient care providers to help develop a plan tailored to the patients' needs.  

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.  BSN graduate preferred.

  • Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.

  • Certification: BLS required.

Work Schedule:  Full time – 36 hours –Nights
