Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and facilitating unit activities to deliver quality care
  • Assisting in planning staff requirements and correcting noted deficiencies based on the unit-specific staffing efficiency patterns
  • Communicating, collaborating, and functioning with other members of the health care team to provide optimum care.

What you will need:

  • Graduate of a Diploma, associate's degree or Batchelor's Degree Nursing Program
  • Current RN license to practice in the State of Georgia
  • Two years' experience as an RN
