Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Supervisor

Company: LP IND LLC dba Jordan Process

Work Location: On-site only (Springfield, CO)

Pay: $60,000 – $72,000 annually (DOE) OR $28–$35/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts

 

About the Role

LP IND LLC dba Jordan Process is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to support and oversee daily quality operations in a GMP-compliant food production facility. This role acts as the link between the QA/QC Manager and Quality Technicians, ensuring that quality systems, inspections, and compliance activities are executed consistently and effectively.

This is an on-site position and requires daily presence at our Springfield, CO facility. Remote work is not available for this role.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in GMP environments, with strong leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily QA/QC operations on the production floor

· Lead, train, and support QA/QC Technicians

· Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality standards

· Perform and review:

o Receiving inspections

o In-process checks

o Final product inspections

· Support investigations, deviations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

· Assist in maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., Qualio, Odoo)

· Review and verify quality documentation for accuracy and completeness

· Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections

· Communicate quality issues and trends to management

· Ensure proper sanitation, safety, and documentation practices are followed

 

Qualifications

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science, food safety, or quality-related field preferred

· 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

· Strong knowledge of:

o cGMP (21 CFR Part 111 / Part 117 preferred)

o FDA regulations and audit readiness

o Quality systems and documentation practices

· Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality software systems

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with SQF, NSF, or ISO standards

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

· Experience supporting audits or inspections
