About the role:



The Senior Compensation Specialist oversees compensation programs, including salary structures, market benchmarking, and annual pay review cycles. This role conducts internal equity and market competitiveness analyses using data analytics, evaluates job descriptions, and supports compensation processes. The position partners closely with the Compensation team to deliver market analyses and support ongoing projects and initiatives.



What you will do:




  • Management and implementation of wage programs for plant employees, salary programs for office employees, and incentive plans for multiple sales-related and general positions. Managing both market and compensation analysis as needed and supporting the business requests requiring alignment.

  • Review and manage the job description process for accuracy, use them as a tool to determine salary grade assignments, and review and update the salary structure. Recommends actions needed to be in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards (FLSA) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) policies.

  • Supports the administration and has oversight of various compensation programs.

  • Supports the assurance of HRIS data integrity by reviewing and correcting per Personnel Action requests, job requisitions, and position management of the system.

  • Supports the team and manager with daily company-wide compensation activities and tasks.

  • Assists the manager with projects and duties as needed to support the HR Operations team.
