Role Summary 

We are seeking a highly creative editor who can create and properly edit videos, with a specialty in AI animations.  

Job Duties & Responsibilities 

• Use AI tools to create 3D-style animated scenes 

• Create 15 – 20 educational YouTube Shorts per week 

• Create and edit Long-form YouTube content 

• Aggressively edit pacing on Shorts 

• Utilize strong captioning and sound design in Shorts

Qualifications & Skills Required

Required Experience 

• Very experienced with AI tools (Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, Pika, etc.) 

• Specializes in creating 3D-style animated scenes 

• Ability to edit with proper and aggressive pacing (1 – 2 second cuts) 

• Experience with sound design and strong captions 

• Clear understanding of storytelling, viral structure, and hooks

Preferred Experience 

• Experience working in an educational niche (we are not looking for experience in the entertainment industry)

Your application must include

• Three examples of fast-paced vertical edits and an explanation of what you believe makes a YouTube Short go viral

Work from Home Requirements

• Up-to-date Mac or Windows computer with anti-virus protection 

• Reliable high-speed internet connection 

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace 

• Must be comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, OneDrive)

Pay Range: $30-$40/hr.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm EST with one-hour unpaid lunch break
