Job Description:
  • Daily trade operation support, including documents review, data entry, facilitating the execution of administration activities and compilation of reports.
  • Assigning accurate classification to products.
  • Monitoring licensing and other regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders in China, Southeast Asia and globally.
  • Trade documentation editing support.
  • Other customs and international trade consulting projects.
Qualifications:

  • Logical: Can identify the key characteristics of an item or product, make judgments, operate in a practical manner, and make sensible decisions based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of trade operation projects.
  • Pro-active: Is a self-learner with curiosity. Demonstrate strong ownership to identify potential gaps or improvement opportunities and initiate corresponding mitigation with proper manner.
  • Conscientious: Have a strong sense of responsibility and take care to complete all the operation carefully and correctly.
  • Pursuit of Excellence: Is strongly willed and resilient. Passionate about lean mindset and willing to continuously learn and evolve. Focused on improving operational efficiency and excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degrees
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluency in English is required
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint / Access skills preferable)
