AERMOR is seeking a Journeyman Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support developmental and operational testing of complex systems. The selected candidate will support test planning, execution, and analysis activities, as well as Modeling and Simulation (M&S) efforts in support of government programs.


Responsibilities:

 
  • Support development of Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEF)
  • Assist in development of Test Plans and supporting documentation
  • Support execution of developmental and operational test events
  • Perform test data analysis and contribute to Test Reports and briefing materials
  • Support Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities, including development of Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) packages
  • Assist in preparation of M&S accreditation documentation, including Accreditation Letters
  • Apply analytical methodologies to evaluate system performance across multiple domains, including undersea, airborne, satellite, shipboard, expeditionary, IW, and mine warfare systems
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to support analysis, documentation, and reporting

Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum of 2 years of Test & Evaluation experience within the last 4 years, including test planning, execution, and analysis
  • Experience supporting Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities and VV&A processes
  • DAWIA (or equivalent) T&E Level I / Foundational certification required
  • Experience applying analytical methodologies to defense systems testing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
