  • Sie unterstützen beim Vorbereiten, Rüsten, Bestücken und Starten der Bearbeitungsanlagen und tragen damit zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf in der Produktion bei
  • Den Bearbeitungsvorgang überwachen Sie aufmerksam und unterbrechen diesen bei auftretenden Störungen rechtzeitig
  • Einfache Störungen beheben Sie eigenständig, während nicht selbst lösbare Abweichungen zuverlässig an den zuständigen Anlagenverantwortlichen weitergeleitet werden
  • Die Vor‑ und Nachbereitung der zu beschichtenden sowie der bereits beschichteten Bauteile gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
  • Bauteile prüfen Sie visuell auf Beschaffenheit, Vollständigkeit und Maßhaltigkeit unter Verwendung voreingestellter Messmittel
  • Die Dokumentation der Messergebnisse erfolgt sorgfältig durch Sie; zudem führen Sie Wartungs‑ und Reinigungsarbeiten an den Anlagen gemäß Vorgabe durch
