Under the supervision of the Cafeteria Operation Manager; and/or the Food Specialist III assist in preparing and serving food in large quantities. Assist in keeping food service facility in an orderly, safe and sanitary condition.

Requirements / Qualifications
Current State of California Approved Food Safety Certification Course
Knowledge of modern nutrition standards, applicable health and sanitation requirements, and standard food service appliances and equipment.
Ability to lift or move food, material and supplies, of up to 50 pounds.
