Summary:
Provides prompt, accurate, courteous, and entertaining gaming environment for customers. Responsible for dealing cards at the gaming table with precise counts and payouts. Maintains a sound understanding of all standards, policies, and the integrity of the game.

Responsibilities:
1. Initiates courteous and friendly conversation with customers. 

2. Provides game instructions to customers when requested or as assigned in order to encourage game activity. 

3. Deals and runs the game at hand in accordance with departmental procedures. Maintains pace of the game. Enforces rules at the game. 

4. Responds calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast pace environment. 

5. Responds to visual and aural cues. 

6. Quickly and accurately performs mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets. 

7. Responsible for the Table Tray Bank assigned for their shift. Handles financial transactions at their game. 

8. Monitors the chips and money on the game at hand. 

9. Provides game protection by keeping visual contact of all guests and game layout. 

10. Works according to set procedures under direct supervisor. 

11. Works on the table games floor in other capacities as directed by the Floor Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required. 

EDUCATION 

High School Diploma or GED required. Successful completion of dealing school. 

EXPERIENCE 

Casino experience preferred. 1 - 3 years of dealing table games. 

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS 

Key positions required knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements. 

Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.
