Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Own the schedule – manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians

  • Support the field – process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right

  • Keep customers informed – provide clear updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations

  • Maintain accuracy – update customer databases with current information and service details

  • Bridge communication – serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers

  • Support accounting – provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices



Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-focused

  • Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred)
