We are seeking motivated and professional Appointment Setters based in Grenada to support our growing U.S.-based benefits agency. This role focuses on outbound outreach to individuals who have previously expressed interest in learning more about their supplemental benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to warm and semi-warm leads

  • Confirm interest and qualify potential clients

  • Schedule virtual appointments for licensed benefit representatives

  • Meet daily and weekly activity benchmarks
