Job Summary:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on small engine equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, chainsaws, snow blowers, snowplows, and skid steers
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
  • Accurately complete repair orders and maintain service records
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Essential Job Functions:

  • 3+ years of small engine or mechanical experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with landscape and/or snow equipment preferred
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL-A a plus)
  • Ability to pass a background and MVR check
  • No DUI or drug-related convictions within the past five years
  • Must provide basic hand tools


Physical Requirements: 

  • Extended periods of standing, walking, and working in a shop environment
  • Frequent use of tools, equipment, computers, and mobile devices
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
