Job Purpose:
The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation and cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring that every guest experience begins with a strong foundation of care and organization. This position upholds Main Street Hospitality’s standards of excellence by keeping all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces clean, sanitized, and ready for service. Through efficiency, teamwork, and a positive attitude, the Dishwasher supports the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
•    Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following established procedures and safety standards.
•    Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, ensuring that all items are stored properly.
•    Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as restocking, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
•    Check and maintain dishwashing machines to ensure proper functioning; report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
•    Support as needed- Set up or breakdown dish area.
