Salary Range: Rs 50,000 Per month (For internship)and after successful completion Rs 70,000 and After probation Rs 80,000)

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Onboarding and Communication Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and ensure seamless communication across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting teams across different time zones while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and technical proficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

New Hire Onboarding: 

  • Coordinate the onboarding process from offer acceptance to full integration into company systems. 
  • Set up new hires on internal data systems and assist with partner email configurations. 
  • Guide new hires in navigating communication tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, WhatsApp) based on client preferences. 
  • Track and resolve onboarding issues in collaboration with the Uber Onboarding team. 
  • Stay updated on task announcements and process changes to ensure compliance. 

Communication & Administrative Tasks: 

  • Draft and manage announcements across various communication platforms (Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.). 
  • Maintain and update critical tracking documents, including: 
  • Onboarding & offboarding tracker 
  • Active task & auditors list 
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication across all channels. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

Required: 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, and other collaboration tools. 
  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or onboarding in a global, multi-time-zone setting. 
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Deel or similar systems. 
  • Ability to work PST hours and support teams across different regions. 
  • High technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. 
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working with international teams.

  • Background in supporting remote or globally distributed teams. 
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience shaping HR operations in a growing organization.
