TITOL™ is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Retail Partnerships Director to lead and grow retail opportunities for our diverse roster of artists and brands. This role is responsible for expanding our artists and brands presence across a wide spectrum of retail partners from luxury and specialty stores to mass-market channels. The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen, an existing network within the retail ecosystem, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with professionalism, confidentiality, and strategic insight.
You will serve as the key liaison between our artists, internal teams, and retail partners, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, expectations, and deliverables. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with significant growth potential within a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Working Environment:
In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.

The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
