Delivering holiday cover and on-site support at busy airport locations (with variable shift patterns)
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Performing “Break/Fix” support and managing add, move, and change requests
Delivering desk-side support including basic OS and off-the-shelf software administration
Managing service tickets efficiently, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met
Updating internal and customer call management systems accurately and promptly
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate support teams when required
Requirements

A professional, customer-first mindset
A minimum of 5 years’ UK work or educational history (required for airside security clearance checks)
