Rutland Center for Living and Rehab is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation team—now with an exciting $5,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. Our therapy team works closely together in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy services focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy goals, mobility techniques, and safety practices
Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely using electronic medical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive resident care plans
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Vermont Physical Therapist license required
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
