Lead stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and a champions program to scale digital workplace and AI adoption across functions
Govern responsible AI and DWA usage (data access, sensitivity labels, DLP, guardrails) in partnership with Security/GRC and Modern Work teams
Design role-based Digital Workplace and AI scenarios as well as prompt guidance for executives, managers, ICs, and frontline workers
Establish telemetry and dashboards (usage, activation, scenario KPIs) and publish value realization reporting
Partner with Sales & Marketing on pre‑sales discovery, proposals/SOWs, and executive briefings; support renewals and expansion opportunities
Align with Microsoft programs/funding; maintain relationships with Microsoft field and partner teams to accelerate DWA adoption
Run delivery governance (methods, QA gates, reusable assets); drive utilization, margin, and customer satisfaction
Coach and manage a team of DWA adoption practitioners (trainers, change managers, modern work specialists); set goals, feedback cycles, and development plans
Coordinate and mature internal F12 DWA adoption; share exemplars, playbooks, and best practices
Identify risks and issues; lead corrective actions and continuous process improvements
Standardize intake and approval processes for Copilot features, connectors, and Power Platform and Digital Workplace solutions
Conduct post-engagement reviews; capture lessons learned and evolve the DWA portfolio over time
Perform additional related duties as required
Requirements:
8–10+ years in Modern Work / Collaboration / Digital Workplace / Change Management roles, with 3–5+ years leading DWA or AI adoption programs in an MSP or SI
Demonstrated practice leadership (people leadership, portfolio ownership, revenue/margin accountability)
Hands‑on delivery experience with M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Digital Workplace adoption: assessments, pilots, rollouts, enablement, value realization
