Porsche Singapore is offering internship opportunities as Intern Finance & Procurement within its Finance Team. The successful interns will support the Finance Team in various day-to-day finance operations and procurement support across both work locations: Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru (aftersales workshop) and Porsche Singapore Office. 

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing receipts, and updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Support transaction data processing related to service package claims by handling data collection, entry, administration, verification, processing claims, and reporting on claim activities.
  • Assist in the setup of systems and workflows for procurement related to workshop and aftersales job orders, ensuring smooth transaction data processing.
  • Support the procurement process using the Dealer Management System (DMS), including tasks such as vendor creation, tender process, and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals.
