Job Summary

The Vendor Relations Specialist is a key contributor to our vendor partner and supplier management initiatives. This role ensures collaboration between vendors and internal teams, driving programs that improve partner relationships, process alignment, service delivery, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has experience in vendor engagement within the IT channel, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing vendor programs to deliver value to clients and our internal teams. You will be responsible for assisting with overseeing performance, addressing any problems that arise, and ensuring that vendor abilities match operational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Vendor Program Management:

  • Assist with managing vendor channel programs, including onboarding, incentive tracking, and compliance with program requirements.

  • Ensure participation in vendor promotions, rebates, and certification programs to maximize benefits for the organization.

  • Monitor program updates and communicate changes to internal stakeholders.

Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Assist the Vendor Relations Manager in facilitating communication between vendors and internal teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Participate in regular meeting cadence with vendors, along with quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic vendors.

  • Assist Vendor Management with duties and responsibilities as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with teams across Product and Portfolio, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Service Delivery to ensure vendor programs are aligned with Integris offerings and organizational objectives.

  • Drive collaboration to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and maximize vendor-driven value across the business.

Vendor Integrations

  • Handle day-to-day tasks related to vendor integrations, account consolidations, data-entry and associated paperwork related to M&A activity

Job Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor�s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, channel programs, or MSP operations.
  • Familiarity with technology vendor channel partner programs (Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, WatchGuardONE, Dell Partner Program, Fortinet Engage, Kaseya Partner Program, etc).
  • Knowledge of MSP business models and IT channel dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor portals.
  • Vendor contract management experience a plus
  • Understanding of cloud solutions, hardware, and cybersecurity offerings from key vendors.
