Key responsibilities include:

Developing and delivering standards-based English instruction tailored to diverse learners with IEP goals.

Implementing instructional strategies that support literacy, comprehension, and written expression at varying ability levels.

Administering assessments, analyzing student data, and adjusting instruction to promote growth.

Managing IEP responsibilities, including progress monitoring, documentation, and participation in meetings.

Collaborating with colleagues to adapt curriculum, provide accommodations, and foster inclusive practices.

Creating a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation, independence, and self-advocacy.

Valid New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) and Teacher of English

Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver differentiated instruction for students with a range of disabilities.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
