  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans using braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
  • Monitor treatment progress and adjust appliances as needed
  • Educate patients and parents on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and retention protocols
  • Collaborate closely with our general dentists and specialists for coordinated care
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation and uphold high standards of patient care
  • Foster a welcoming, reassuring environment for patients and families

Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program
  • Active New York dental license
  • Active or in-process DEA license (if applicable)
  • Board certification or board-eligible preferred
  • Patient-centered, ethical, team-oriented mindset

What We Offer
  • Stellar compensation package
  • Comprehensive insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Steady patient volume from a well-established community
  • Consistent in-house referrals
  • Mentorship and ongoing professional development
  • Community outreach opportunities
  • A warm, family-oriented culture where providers are truly valued
