Receptionist/Office Assistant

Leading Immigration Law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for a highly motivated self starter to join our team and grow their experience in the world of immigration. Candidates should possess the following qualites:

  • command of the Spanish Language
  • strong customer service skills
  • attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • exceptional organizational skills
  • an ability to work well with other team members
  • familiarity with database management systems (CRM)
  • Responsibilities include, but not be limited to phones, translations, interpreting, copies, filings, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will be open to possible advancement and training as a full-time legal assistant.
  • Must be able to be an independent multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Immigration recommended
