POSITION:  HSU Workstudy - (Off Campus) Beltway Kid's Club at the Park

DEPARTMENT: Off-Campus Beltway Kids Club at the Park

SUPERVISOR TITLE:  Kid's Club at the Park

FLSA STATUS:  Non-Exempt

LOCATION:  Abilene

TARGET HIRE DATE: Applicant Pool (Fall/Spring Academic Year)

SUMMARY/SCOPE:

The mission of Kids' Club and Summer
Club is to provide a faith-based program ensuring a safe environment for the
children in our community with programs that emphasize education, the arts,
fitness and character building activities. The heart of this ministry is to
create a fun, life-giving environment among the leaders and staff so that we
can lead and love the children in our care to the best of our ability.

Kid's Club will have openings beginning in the Fall of 2023! 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Create a safe and healthy environment for children, supervise
activities, assist with children’s needs, provide tutoring with reading, report to supervisors and directors.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Current Student at HSU

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Staff must be able to supervise children and walk up stairs
