Responsibilities:
- Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
- Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
- Stocks stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary inventory, dishes, and utensils.
- Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
- Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks.
- May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
- Complete daily and periodic cleaning assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized environment. Follow state and county sanitation regulations
- Perform tasks using appropriate safety equipment and follow all safety standards
- Report all issues found that relate to patient care, safety, and sanitation to appropriate authority and direct supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Current Clay County food handler's permit or Serve Safe required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to utilize computer programs for email, reporting, and patient care. Ability to work in uncomfortable conditions (hot or cold). Ability to lift, pull, or push 50lbs without assistance.
