Title Assistant (In-Office – Rock Springs, WY)First American is seeking a Title Assistant to join our team in Rock Springs, Wyoming. This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week) and a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the title and real estate industry. We are open to training the right candidate who brings curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
In this role, you’ll support our Title team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, helping ensure smooth and accurate title processing for residential real estate transactions. If you enjoy research, problem-solving, and working with detailed information, this is a strong entry point into a stable and rewarding industry.

What You’ll Do
Assist with gathering information to help resolve title issues
Search and review real estate records and documents
Learn to examine and interpret title information and property history
Audit basic calculations and documents for accuracy
Prepare and organize title files and documentation
Communicate professionally with internal team members and customers

Problem-solving ability and natural curiosity
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (training provided on systems)

Monday–Friday, 5 days per week

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
