CA Lawton in Minster Ohio is seeking a painter/blast operator for our Foundry.

The Painter/Blast Operator focuses on painting, sanding, finalizing process for castings. This position is an integral part of foundry and supports the entire production process.

What are the hours and pay?

• 1st shift  5:30 AM - 2:00PM Monday – Friday (plus overtime as needed)
• Regular Pay $22.52 / hour.

What is the job?

• Run the table blast
• Painting and Fill
• Sanding
• Operate Forklift
• Operate Crane
• Assist with shipping as needed
• Communicate casting defects to Team Members, Supervisors, and team leads
• Other duties as assigned
