Job Title: 5th/6th Grade Summer School Reading/ELA Teacher
Location: North Elementary School, St. Peter, MN
Duration: July 6-30, 2026 (Mondays through Thursdays)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Position Overview:
Saint Peter Middle School (SPMS) is seeking a dedicated and qualified English or Reading Teacher for grades 7/8 for summer school. This temporary position will focus on providing literacy instruction to boost literacy skills. Summer school is being held at North Elementary School due to construction at SPMS.

Qualifications: 

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Desire to work with middle school students.
• Knowledge of best practice ELA or Reading instruction

Pay Rate:

• $33.02 per hour to $62.33 per hour, depending on level of education and years of experience.
• Paid prep period included.
