Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at Orange Elementary as a full-time elementary teacher. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades K-3, promoting academic growth and social development. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and meet the diverse needs of students.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate varying learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success and well-being.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and trends.
- Collaborate with special education staff and other professionals to support students with diverse needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Engage in school-wide initiatives and contribute to a positive school culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Valid state teaching certification or licensure for elementary education.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
