Location: Clinic-Based – Washington, Indiana
Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience

Total Care ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our clinic-based team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or those interested in becoming RBTs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress

  • Travel to client homes or community settings as needed

  • Participate in initial and ongoing staff training

  • Commit to continuous learning and performance improvement

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)

  • Willingness to undergo a background check

  • Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to helping children succeed

  • Experience working with children preferred
