Occupational Therapist – Adult Home Health | Colorado Springs, CO
About the Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Colorado Springs, CO. You’ll support patients in regaining independence and achieving functional goals through skilled, evidence-based care.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00 (paid at 90 days of full-time employment)
- Full-Time Availability: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical expertise
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
