POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for multiple aspects of the Accounting Department. Responsibilities will include entry level Accounts Receivable functions such as cash receipts, payment applications, collections and maintaining customer accounts.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Record customer payments and reconcile deposits.
· Process credit card payments.
· Research and solving payment discrepancies.
· Assist with credit applications for new customers.
· Cross training in all areas of the Accounting Department.
· Assist in collecting past due accounts.
· Sorting incoming mail.
· Integration / Invoicing.
· Punctuality and regular attendance.
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· All other duties assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for up to 8+ hours.
· Must be able to lift to fifteen (15) pounds at times.
COMPETENCY, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software experience.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills both with oral and written.
· Strong relationship building skills.
· Able to change focus frequently and often while being detail oriented and well organized.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
· HS Diploma or Equivalent.
PREFERRED:
· Microsoft GP experience.
· 1-2 years of experience in Accounting Field.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
· Limited travel is required.
