Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted English language instruction aligned to students’ proficiency levels (WIDA standards)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support language development across content areas
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that integrate listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instruction and interventions
• Contribute to a culturally responsive and inclusive school environment

Qualifications:

• New Jersey State Certification in ESL (K-12) or eligibility for certification.
• Knowledge of WIDA Standards and second language acquisition best practices
• Experience working with multilingual learners in an elementary (K–5) setting preferred
