Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry. Industrial. With 5 years of experience in polymers and color concentrates. Knowledge in plastic transformation processes and their applications.
Experience/Knowledge/Skill:
Knowledge in the sales process from market research, prospecting, opening and closing businesses.
Proactive in business development, handling of adverse business situations and ability to bring negotiations to fruition. Ability to interact and support members within the organization in an environment of cooperation and good relationship. Authority: Self-critical, self-motivating and open to offer ideas to the group of collaborators and supervisor. Reports to LATAM Sales Manager
Business Development Prospecting: development of high-quality prospects
Create a relationship of trust and credibility with the client, based on areas of interest, need and hidden needs.
Persuade the customer based on Techmer's competitive advantages and value proposition.
Overcome Objections that prevent the continuation of the business closing.
Management and growth of the business
Closing sales with new accounts and new business.
Keep accounts active with purchase reorders.
Effectively serve the customer so that it is even our promoter in other accounts.
Maintain business growth according to the business plan to achieve and exceed the annual budget.
Management of OEM ́s a. Interact with molders and respective OEMs for the generation of business network.
