About the Role

The NEXA PM Early Talent Program  is a 6-month rotational program designed for recent college graduates who want real-world experience, broad business exposure, and a clear path into a full-time role.

Participants rotate through multiple core business functions, gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, and develop the skills needed to launch a successful long-term career at NEXA. This program is ideal for candidates who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Early Talent Program, participants complete rotations across four business areas:

  • Operations – Support business execution, process improvement, and day-to-day operations
  • Finance – Assist with analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business insights
  • Sales – Gain exposure to revenue strategy, customer engagement, and sales operations
  • Logistics – Learn about supply chain, fulfillment, and operational efficiency

Each rotation lasts approximately six weeks and includes hands-on responsibilities, meaningful project work, and regular feedback from managers.

Program Highlights

  • Full-time, rotational program (6 months total)
  • Small, selective cohort
  • Exposure to multiple functions and business leaders
  • Dedicated mentorship and development support
  • Opportunity for full-time placement at program completion

Learning & Development

Participants receive structured support throughout the program, including:

  • A rotation manager for each assignment
  • A dedicated program mentor for the full 6 months
  • Ongoing feedback and development conversations
  • Career and business skills learning sessions
