Job Description

As an Specialist in Executive Admin team you will work as Personal Assistant for our clients.

You will you will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing correspondence and inquiries.

  • Facilitate communication between the executive team, employees, clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualification:

  • Fluent knowledge of English 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proven organizational and management skills

  • Quick learner and strong collaborative approach to working

  • Team player but able to work under own initiative
