The HC Solutions Program Manager is responsible for the design, automation, and execution of PDC’s premier customer conversion and retention tool. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Data Analytics, and Supply Chain. The primary objective is to take raw customer data (competitive product lists and hardware inventories) and transform it into a professional, automated "Standardization Road Map" that proves the value of switching to PDC products.
