In November 2007, Brooks Bassler founded BB’s with the original 1,100-square-foot restaurant at Montrose and Westheimer in Houston, Texas. It was the perfect starter! Bassler opened BB’s with the intention of creating a unique brand. BB’s would feature authentic New Orleans-style po’ boys and Tex-Orleans cooking with a distinct menu, offered how and when customers wanted it: for dine-in, catering and take-out, and available for late-night dining as well as during traditional hours.

The Curbside job is to receive, manage and fulfill our curbside/to-go orders. The curbside job operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Curbside position must provide excellent customer service skills, and accuracy with all orders.

Curbside Job Expectations

• Daily priorities include accurately packing and staging orders for customer Curbside orders.
• Ensure pickup orders are complete before they leave the building, following up with customers on any returns, order changes / mistakes, or abandoned orders.
• Communicating and providing assistance with online Curbside customers via the phone.
• Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean, tidy, sanitary, and prepped well during and after the shift.

Ideal Curbside candidate:

• Pay is $8.00 an hour plus tips
• Friendly, motivated, self-driven and willing to go the extra mile to make a memorable experience for Curbside customers.
• Has a high level of accuracy/attention to detail and is able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while working within deadlines a must.
• Kitchen/Serving experiences a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
