Required Documents

Minimum Requirements:

-Valid and current Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential with Orientation and Mobility Authorization OR

- Valid and current CA Education Specialist Instruction Credential with Visual Impairments

Requirements / Qualifications

Please submit the following:
-cover letter
- resume
- two (2) recent letters of reference. Letters must be within one (1) year of submission
- copy of credential
- copy of all standardized test scores (i.e. CBEST, CSET, MSAT, etc.)
- unofficial transcripts from ALL college/university coursework
- intern-ready letter (if applicable)

Must hold or be eligible for Autism Authorization
Must hold or be eligible for a valid EL Authorization.

Comments and Other Information

Other requirements:
-Current CPR and First Aid certification, which may be provided by the school district
-NCI certification is required within 6-months of employment and will be provided by the
-A minimum of 2-years’ experience working in an educational setting with students with special needs that includes the following:
o IEP team participation
o Well-versed on the written structure of IEP documents, to include IEP database management.
o Foundational knowledge of the interpretation of assessment results and information
o The ability to develop a legally defensible assessment report.
