Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Definition of global standards in the area of documented information 

  • Rollout and training of global standards 

  • Process owner responsibility for documented information 

  • Regular coordination with involved departments (e.g. IT, Legal, Purchasing, etc.) 

  • Technical project support and organization for workflow adjustments and optimization projects 

  • Programming and maintenance of O365 PowerApps and Power Automate workflows in the QM area 

  • Review of the quality management system with regard to normative requirements 

  • Support of recertification and surveillance audits 

  • Conducting audits 

Qualifications:

  • Completed university or technical college degree in mechanical engineering (or completed training as a mechanical engineering technician) or a comparable qualification 

  • Several years of professional experience in quality management 

  • Ideally, completed auditor training 

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken 

  • Strong communication skills, consistent market orientation, openness to changing customer requirements, independent and cost-conscious working style 

  • Knowledge of QM systems and audits 

  • Experience with Microsoft O365 programs for programming PowerApps / Power Automate workflows 

  • Willingness to travel
